If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account or purchase a membership.

You agree to:
✨ Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
✨ Maintain and promptly update your information as needed;
✨ Keep your login credentials confidential; and
✨ Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we deem harmful to SVN, SVN ORIGINALS, other users, or third parties.

Certain content and features may be available only to paying members or subscribers.

✨Fees & Billing: By purchasing a membership or paid access, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
✨Auto-Renewal: If your membership is set to automatically renew, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
✨ Cancellation: You may cancel your membership according to the instructions provided in your account settings or on the platform. Cancellations typically take effect at the end of the current billing period.
✨No Refunds (Unless Required by Law): Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We may modify our pricing, memberships, or features at any time, with changes generally applying to future billing cycles.

All content and materials available through the Services—including without limitation videos, audio, scripts, text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, interfaces, software, and underlying technology (collectively, the “SVN Content”)—are owned by or licensed to Scholar Vision Network and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you agree that you will not:

✨ Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or create derivative works from any SVN Content;
✨ Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
✨ Use any SVN trademarks, trade dress, or branding without our prior written, signed, and sealed/stamped consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the SVN Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, or for internal organizational use where expressly authorized.

Any use not expressly permitted by these Terms is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access.

If the Services allow you to submit, upload, post, or otherwise provide content (collectively, “User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by providing User Content, you grant SVN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

✨ You have all necessary rights to submit your User Content;
✨ Your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party; and
✨ Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion.

You agree that you will not:

✨ Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
✨ Harass, threaten, or abuse any person or entity;
✨ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks;
✨ Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including by introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code;
✨ Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security or digital rights management features;
✨ Use any automated systems (e.g., bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Services without our prior written consent;
✨ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Content on the Services may address sensitive topics, including but not limited to identity, spirituality, mental health, relationships, and legal or financial themes. Such content is provided for information, education, and creative expression only and does not constitute:

✨ Medical advice;
✨ Mental health or therapeutic advice;
✨ Legal or financial advice; or
✨ Any other form of professional advice.

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, applications, or services (for example, streaming technology providers, hosting platforms, analytics tools, or payment processors). These third parties are independent of SVN.
We do not control and are not responsible for:

✨ The content, policies, or practices of third-party services; or
✨ Any actions taken by such services, including removal or restriction of content in accordance with their policies.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Services and all SVN Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

✨ Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement;
✨ Any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
✨ Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
You use the Services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Scholar Vision Network, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

✨ The amounts you have paid to us for access to the Services during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim; or
✨ One hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scholar Vision Network and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

✨ Your use of the Services;
✨ Your violation of these Terms; or
✨ Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination:

✨ Your license to use the Services and SVN Content will immediately cease; and
✨ You must cease all use of the Services and any SVN Content.

Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, by additional means (such as email or an in-platform notice).
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
